I reset it again to manual and Command Prompt still had the same error. I have also tried uninstalling Advast and booting up in my Windows cd and Starting up only the core system 3. Then, a log file is created on the Windows temp folder temp when you run the installer. The file name is like MSI. LOG.  There it can be analyzed what is causing the error.
